Xianglong has lots of customers from both domestic market and oversea market. It wins 45% market shares in North American and European market, 25% shares in Middle East market and 15% shares in Asian market and the balance 5% shares in Oceania market. All the international sales could speak fluent English and specialist in industrial telecommunication. They are good at communication and understand customer’s request and could offer the timely and professional solution directly.

Our service

1. Before order production, Xianglong requests to confirm all the technical data by specification and samples for approval. For customized product, the design or 3D drawing would be sent to clients for checking all the details. Then Xianglong would prepare samples for agreement of mass order production.

2. In production, Xianglong has strictly QC control system for all the incoming material and production process to assure all the spare parts on assembly line are 100% qualified. On assembly line, Xianglong have first sample confirmation, inspection, 100% online inspection and sample inspection of final product before move to warehouse. Besides that, Xianglong requests all the sales to inspect goods instead of customer before shipment and send inspection report to customer for every batch order.

3.Xianglong offer 1 year warranty time for all the products except intentionally damage during usage. For all the products which overdue the warranty time, Xianglong would offer low cost paid maintenance if needed.
